WINK was probably the best combination
conformation/obedience dog I've ever had. A
specialty, all-breed Best-In-Show and multiple group
winner, Wink is the only BIS winning Ch UDT collie in
the history of the breed. Wink also loved and
excelled in obedience, earning her CD undefeated in
Novice B classes of 30-40 dogs, and the weekend
after finishing her UD she earned 10 OTCH points
and 2 of the first places required for an OTCH. She
was also working on her TDX at that time, but,
unfortunately, Dialated Cardiomyopathy stopped her
from earning either title.
Here's Wink winning the
Working Group under judge
Mr Howard Dullnig her first
time out as a special at less
than 2 years of age.
Wink and her trophies from one obedience trial
She usually did obedience at warp speed.
NEW UD
Winning BOV under judge Mr. Billy Aschenbrenner who
had also given her her first points at 6 months old.
